All production times shown are estimated only holidays and weekends are not included in estimated production times. Shipping times will vary based on your proximity to the place of shipment origin (Marshall, Texas) and do not include the estimated production times. Shipments are delivered via a third party company (UPS) and are not under the control or jurisdiction of The Print Shop or Whitis Graphics. As with all delivery services, weather at either end of the delivery process and/or places in bewteen may affect any anticipated delivery date. The Print Shop and it's delivery source can not be held responsible for weather delays.
REFUND POLICY:The Print Shop shall not be held responsible for refunding any personalized items printed with incorrect information if the information provided is incorrect or unclear. Personalized items produced as the customer has requested can not be resold and are therefore non-refundable; the customer will receive an email of the artwork before production and must approve all information before any work will proceed.
Errors in production on behalf of The Print Shop can be refunded (less any shipping costs) or replaced at the customer’s request via email or by calling 903-938-7743 during regular office hours. Items reproduced will be shipped only in the original shipping method chosen additional shipping charges must be paid for by the customer if faster delivery service is requested.
The Print Shop will refund the purchase price of returned non-personalized items that are in the original packaging, undamaged, and unused (less any shipping costs) that are returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. No refunds will be made on returned items after 30 days for any reason.
The Print Shop knows that you care how information about you is used, and we appreciate your trust that we would do so carefully and sensibly. We do not sell or provide any information about you to outside entities or companies, but will provide any information requested by law enforcement agencies as prescribed by local laws. You may contact us as well in regards to your order by replying to your order acknowledgement or by visiting our 'Contact Us' page at www.ThePrintShop.us We do not send out mass emails to our customers, although we do offer you the opportunity to get emailed information on sales, new products, savings opportunities, and if we will be attending a meeting near you so you can shop in person with us by signing up for our 'Online Newsletter'. And again, we also will not sell or share your information with any other company for any purpose (other than legal matters), EVER.
